Hi Anne, I'm here but have been having to deal with my family and the wedding details. The week-end has been fraught with some declining to attend as there have obviously been rows and conflicts between them. (My sister and her 4 children, not me and my girls) Then they changed their minds and are now coming so Rachel (the bride to be) has had to change the food order at the hotel twice now!!!!!! They make me so angry. Apart from that, I look in here every day but I don't have much to say at the moment. Hope you're well and in good spirits.

That's families and weddings for you.
Hope it all goes well on the day.

I hope all goes well too, Linz! I've been busy with the new puppy and school! You guys see that Michael posted? Sounds pretty interesting!

Howdy Anne. Hope life gets easier for you Linz.

To make life easier for you, Linz, don't invite riff-raff like me. We'll only eat the food, bad mouth the band and try to make out with the bride.

Nothing matters but that those who count (you and the bride) have a great time!

Hello, Anne!

Hello everyone! I'm sure it will all be fine Linz (fingers and everything else firmly crossed)! Our son already has some minor concerns about his wedding in July 2008 (though apart from the church and reception they are not booking/planning anything else just yet).

His dilemma is whether to invite his sister, who has not spoken to or seen for 3 or 4 years. He wants to (she has been back in regular contact with me for a year or so) but that would mean he would have to invite her second husband, who caused the split by saying some very hurtful things about us. He thinks that he will probably invite her, and say that the budget dictates that it can only be her.

It would be a shame if she couldn't come to her bro's wedding, but I feel the decision has to be our son's (and his fiancee of course).

And yes, wasn't it a lovely message from Michael!
