Hope you both enjoyed it kazzzz. I never seen a lot of the T.V. series but Kim was my fave. She's the oldest one......I'm soooo old.

My daughter isn't girly. Neither am I, but if someone invited me to a "girls' night" type of party, I'd go and be girly just for the sake of being included. I'm still working on getting her to bathe regularly and wear clean clothes. (Even as a baby, she hated baths and wearing clothes, especially hats.) If I don't make her put her dirty clothes in the hamper every night, she'll just throw them on the floor and wear them again next day. Sigh. 6 more years...

Well, Ava may have seen to it that you haven't had that many nights-out lately - enjoy.

Kazzzz, that sounds very fun! Your daughter is lucky to have such a fun mom! No wonder you're both excited - it made me happy just to read about.

mrsthing, yes everyone's different. I didn't have a "mom," because she got sick and left when I was so young. But your daughter is lucky to have you! And you are lucky to have her! Do you do non-girly things together? She sounds like the artistic type, yes?

Do you give her lots of positive self-esteem building?

Yes, Kazzzz, have a wonderful time!

My daughter and I do stuff together. She likes to go out to dinner with me, which we do when my husband is away. We used to go to a place where you paint your own figurine, but they closed. We like to make popcorn and watch movies at home together, and occasionally go out to movies. But not "Sex and the City". She still thinks that stuff is icky. LOL

Ooh we had a BALL we LOVED the movie:) but it was definately icky in parts! It was so funny, the theatre was full of women and there was ONE man sitting in the middle haha it was prob the worst night of his life! We ate chocolate koalas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
I'm pretty lucky, we're all close us girls, my mum, my daughters and I, we do so much together it's great:)

On the next girly night out you're all invited!
(Not you Johnny, you can sit home and do blokey stuff like stare at the telly scratching your arse).
