Mindful of some of our friends' struggles with mental and physical health, see what I did there ev, I used "mindful" in a sentence, I started doing a 10 week Pilates challenge on my blog back in March.

I thought it would be nice if we started a thread and contributed methods, or ideas, of ways we could keep healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

I am well aware that Pilates does not suit everyone, but I am willing to share my Pilates classes online, I know I look ridiculous doing the moves, but what matter?, and I hope somebody here gains health from them.

The 10 week challenge is that you start by doing ab, arm and leg work and each week I teach you a new Pilates mat move. By the end of the 10 weeks I will have three Pilates classes online for you. So on alternating days you can do the leg, ab and arm routine and in between you do the 1 hour Pilates mat class.

I hope this helps with May Mental Health Awareness and would love to read what others would like to contribute, be it reading, meditation, suggesting music to listen to, whatever, but something that might help us get and keep in a healthy state of mind body and spirit.

Here's the 10 week challenge, in fact the final week will be added next week...


PS: Did anyone else notice that there is now the ability to stretch the text box by clicking on the bottom right corner? I don't know about you, but that made my day :-)
