Surprised to Be on the Radio Tonight by tucsonmike on 17 May 2006 6:32am

I was invited by the person who is interested in my novel to participate in a conference call critique group. Little did I know it is a weekly Internet radio show. I get to do this every Tuesday. I sent three pages of my Moriarty novel. Will send more next week. If there is interest, I will provide the call in numbers. It goes from 8-9 P.M. Central Standard Time in the United States.
I am not bragging. Little did I know. I thought I was just going to have a bunch of other authors critique me on a conference call.

community to discuss the art of writing. Writers can upload no more than 3 pages
of their material (no adult material) each week to the folder for that week at:

How was the experience last night, Mike? Tell us about it! Oh... and don't forget sending me your autograph ;-)

Re: Surprised to Be on the Radio Tonight by tucsonmike on 19 May 2006 5:53am

It was a lot of fun, Marcelle. The publisher Dindy Robinson reads what you send in. She has a slight Texas accent and and extremely pleasant voice. There were three other authors with me. One is a regular.
My Toastmasters training has taught me not to be thrown by an unusual situation. I just saw it as a chat and critique. The fact that it was on the radio did not really matter. If anything you could "blot out" the fact that it was on the radio.

Marcelle, darlin you want my autograph you will have to send me your address LOL! :-)
