Webmaster, I think there is someone in Sweden who uses forumcircle.com trying to hack into Google Earth. Please tell the police. Thank you.

Google Earth string seems to be spam-free at the mo', Ken. I will email him the above message.

Ken - I have had a reply from Webbie, who confirms that both the spammers you mentioned were blocked as soon as I reported the spamming.

They also said "...Iím afraid that, although we did see Kenís message, we cannot contact the police about this matter. There is insufficient evidence for us to report and we have no direct evidence of Kenís claim."

Let's hope that that is the end of the matter....for now at least.

Thanks folks. I am aware that spammers/ hackers can be very troublesome.

Hi nomad. I think you have sussed it but the creating of a new topic is only available on the index page for all the subjects in that topic (topic = Blathering on, Travel etc.). This is basically inviting palinites to see if the topic already exists before starting the same one again. Most things are in the topics but I sometimes give up and select the nearest to what I want to mention if I haven't found the exact topic in the first 10 pages or so of the list of topics.

Webmaster, I think ' on the home/first page of Travel/Blathering On/etc. ' should be added to the instruction for starting a new topic at the top right of most pages.

Spammer is back in 'Google Earth' Travel topic.

As before forumcircle and drugs are prevalent in their posts.

Ken, Webbie has responded to my email and deleted the spam (again).

:)

Ken, you are totally bonkers. The police should investigate spammers on a forum with literally a handful of users to satisfy your OCD tendencies ?

Hi webmaster, we have 2 spammers back, this time in 'blathering on' in the Michael and WW1 topic.
