Please, sign me up too.
Lorraine (size 5 but would go to a book signing if it was foggy, snowing, raining, windy and cold. Or if it was warm and sunny. Mind you in Northern Ireland the chances of that are pretty slim).

Lorraine,
Do you own wing tips? In black?
If so, stay away from very small standard shift automobiles, as it is illegal to operate them with said footwear.
Is there anyone with a size 39 German shoe size who likes sushi?
Does Michael like sushi?
P.S. The green stuff is called wasabi, and it is very hot. It is NOT gaucamole. Do not attempt to eat this without the proper headgear. Or wingtips, for that matter.

Thanks Ellen for admission to the RSPMP. Do we get a lapel badge and a car sticker!

*Giggles* This is totaly and utterly insane! And I dig insanity. Count me in! Maybe he'd care for a bowl of my homemade chicken soup? Or some Canadian Whiskey? Both Good enough to make anyone feel great! Unless they don't like chicken or booze that is... Aw well, I hope the fine chap feels better soon!

Mmmm... Sushi. I like mine with wasabi, but I prefer it with sliced ginger. Gives it a real nice flavor! Plus ginger AND wasabi are good for you! They clear out your sinuses. Both would help out great with Michael’s voice.

Hi Roy, Lorraine and Kristine, welcome to the gang! :-}

As for a lapel badge and car sticker, I'm working on a coat of arms/mascot idea at the moment that could have....

R.S.P.M.P
with a picture of the lesser known One legged Gerbil Of Tasmania wearing a pair of black wing tips (make that one wing tip) holding a piece of sushi in one paw and an inflatable globe in the other.

With.. "Of Michael We Protect" along the bottom in Latin ( if I can find my old Latin Grammar book!!)

Ellen

N.B For all you poor souls who are reading this and are having grave concerns for our sanity, this particular story starts at Re: Great Website ....... it all flows on from there!!

Ellen ( very definately a 91/2 - 10 shoe, with the violently violet Pac-A-Mac and the decidedly dodgy perm)

Any Chance?... by bagpuss77 on 29 October 2002 10:07pm

Ellen I’d like to join R.S.P.M.P too! Perhaps you and I will turn up at the same book signing and carry the sign, ‘Palin’s Protectors Unite’. You maybe right though, it may scare Michael off. I don’t want him thinking people living in New Zealand are loony. Even though, it maybe true. :-) Instead of “Of Michael We Protect” beneath the one-legged Gerbil wearing a pair of wing tips and holding a piece of sushi and an inflatable globe, how about, “Bottoms Up!” in Latin? On the other hand, should that be “Bott-erm erp”.
