Going back to your post that cigarettes are a good diet 'food', J-t-M, perhaps that's where I am going wrong!!
I need to shift weight for our son's wedding in July - perhaps I should begin a 50-a-day habit?!!!
Can all my palinite chums start a kitty for Annie's liposuction fund ? !! Hahahahaha! |

Good mantra for losing weight - Do more, eat less. It works for a while.

Anne, try endless glasses/cups of tea, drunk as hot as you can take them. Staves off the pangs for a while and for the rest....well, Linz is right (as you secretly know, I guess!) |

If you can limit sugar, your appetite will decrease. But it's hard to do!
I've been reading more and more about how even "fresh" foods aren't as nutritious as they should be because they're trucked in from so far away they've had days to deteriorate. Basically, we're overfed but undernourished. Not sure if I believe it yet, but if it's true, it would explain a lot. |

I've heard that about cigarettes. They will help you lose weight. The more cigarettes you eat, the less food you will consume.
