I wish I had a nickle for everytime I procrastinate.

Actually, I wish I had a million dollars for everytime I procrastinate. I dare say I think it'd be worth it!

I'd even settle for a thousand, a hundred... $10...$1...?

Even one dollar would be good! (Although really 10 or 100 would help me get out of debt faster.) :)

Thank you almighty "Secret" god.

I wish I had a nickel for every penny I ever had. (And I misspelled it! AUGH!)

...for every time I gave up and said, "Because I said so, that's why!"

...for every time I thought, "Why can't I just keep my stupid mouth SHUT?!"

I wish I had a nickel for every...

... time I have to hit my head to the wall and therefore punish myself for being lazy.

... time I go to a bookstore and come out with a new book.

I wish I had a nickel for every time John Cleese or Eric Idle made me laugh.

I wish I had a nickel for every time Michael Palin made me sigh and wish he was my next door neighbor.

I wish I had a nickel for every time I heard my mother's or brother's voice coming out of my mouth. I've been trying to shake them off for years, and they keep coming back to haunt me. They had their good points, but it's the obnoxious qualities that seem to surface. :-(

(Someone took pains yesterday to point these things out to me, so I'm feeling a bit chastened and a bit pissed off at them for busting my denial bubble.)
