I wouldn't describe myself as a 'Guardianista',I don't even live in Islington. I sometimes read articles in the Guardian because they are well written and it makes me feel like an 'intellectual';but does that make me into a 'Champagne Socialist'? I rather think not. The moral is : one should not try to generalise.
btw: Is Hillary Clinton 'history'?

My own definition of a Guardian reader ?
Someone who, if they don't turn up for work tomorrow, won't be missed. They occupy all the non-jobs which are advertised in said newspaper.

No, bB! Not at all! She's biding her time. She may well be back in 2010, never underestimate a Clinton.

Much water has to flow under the bridge befoe then...and I think you should congratulate yourself on your readiness to consider other people's opinions. You are thoughtful & don't do knee-jerk reactions, which is admirable.
