Orange phishing. I thought they were a good company but they or someone pretending to be them have sent me a message to an online account I don't have. I'll try to warn them of the attempted fraud.

I've just found some very good advice on minimising spam on the BBC website.

A friend had been careless with my e-mail address. I'm expecting an increase in spam because of it.

T Jones wants to know if somebody got back to me.

Somebody else wants me to use a credit card I've never heard of.

Somebody is spamming using fraudulent Amazon order numbers to try to get your financial details. At Xmas I'm sure Amazon might be popular so beware if you are really using them.
And their spam technique is excellent because I am unable to inform Amazon of the attempted fraud by the usual method.
~
I did get through to Amazon by a different method and I reported the scam to the police.

S@LE want me to but some luxury replicas - three times in one day?!

Spammer using Amazon's name wants me to deal with 2 different orders I haven't got.
Amazon have responded to my spamming information with very comprehensive advice on being safe and recognising the junk.
~
That's another one from 'Amazon'. And 3 more.

EGCTechServer has sent me some sort of users report. Google doesn't recognise the name so I've deleted it without opening.

I've been keeping count of all my spam and trash on page 7 and in the new year I'm going to start a new post counting from zero again. For me this has been a useful exercise as it has shown the typpe of spam which is most popular.

I would have thought the banks could be doing more to stop spam completely. When I forward the spam to them for information I usually ask the bank to catch and fine/jail/disconnect the perpetrators!

The gambling ones are just someone trying to get your money and waste your time doing something which in almost every case gives a negative return.

Somebody's following me on twitter and I don't have an account!

I have deleted 2 from the above list as the company partly responsible was able to stop the spam when requested. If it reappears I'll add it back in.
I have also added the credit card spam in with the banks spam as they are both financial institutions.

Birthday greetings - 3. Not really trash but one of them is from a site I haven't used for a long time.
