Sophie-Louise: 'he should do something on how awful britain is!' - I think Monty Python did that quite successfully :)

I suggest a tour of Turkey - I can help!!!

No, seriously, the country is huge and so diverse it would make an interesting series (I think so anyway!).

He would be welcome to stay in our apartment while filming on the Aegean!!

i've been on a ferry to turkey from rhodes, went to a turkish delight factory!!!!! that's quite sad, to go all that way and only got to a chocolate factory, but chocolate must come first on all occasions.

Haahaaaa!!!! Yes well your favourite place in the world is Cadburyland isn't it? Followed closely by Alton Towers......

I think the best series have been those in which it is basically country to country to country etc. Add to that a time limit as in the first series and you have a perfect mix.

However, I still stand (ok I'm sitting, but you know what I mean) by Turkey!!

Each region has a food speciality too; honey, bananas, whatever, so that could add 'spice' to the programme too (did you know that there are three main cuisines in the world - Chinese, French and Turkish?).

Shall I tell michael or will you??

Re: Sophie-Louise - "how awful Britain is!"

Is it so awful? I'm in the U.S. and want to visit Britain - tell me about the awful part of Britain! Perhaps I have idealized it -

i feel that as michael has so much power, money and influence he should be the first python in space. what a great series...visiting all the oceans and seas on the moon and speaking to the locals too.

but seriously i would like michael to examine britain a bit more, maybe the uk isn't exciting enough?

Actually he could be the first python into space.. seriously.. Richard Brandon and his 'Virgin Galactic' have already sold tickets for flights in their 'Space Ship Two'.. duration of the flights will be 2.5 hours, height over 100km.. the first 100 tickets already sold at US$200,000:
