I think it is worth two camels Arty.

but what is the stirling = humpfrey exchange rate? i'd rather have a crisp £20 than two smelly, ill tempered camels

Re: random money by johnnythemonkey on 27 June 2007 12:34am

£1 = 18,500 Rial. (roughly)
So you probably have about 2p Arty.
Take the camels !

I dunno about there Arty but here you cannot exchange foreign coins, only paper money. However, I'll trade you a creme egg and a packet of prawn cocktail crisps for it

How do you go on changing Sterling then Kazzzz? We have £1, £2 and £5 coins (though we also have notes for the latter at the mo').

;-)

Re: random money by kazzzz on 27 June 2007 12:05pm

You can't change those coins here Anne you're stuck with em

Re: random money by Spursfan on 27 June 2007 12:51pm

And they are not exactly 'change' are they? They are the equivalent of notes!!

Good job I only use £50s and £20s - I don't think!!!
