Word of the day by Miss-M on 3 July 2007 8:13am
Have you encountered an usual word lately? Post it and its meaning here so that we can all expand our vocabularies!

My word of the day is tortfeasor, which is a person who commits a tort (civil wrong), either intentionally or through negligence.

Hmm that sounds illegal!

My word is widdershins which is the opposite of clockwise. I try and use this at least once per day in a sentence.
