In undertaking his new journey though Eastern Europe, breathing in its rich history, filming it's exquisite sights and diverse peoples, Michael fills what has been a void in his own experience and that of very many of his own generation. As in all his series, Palin's New Europe takes the form of a journey through countries which have rich and complex cultures.

This is his one and only Melbourne appearance, I'm oulling out ALL stops and gonna try and get a photo with Michael, Missy and I...and a creme egg!!!!!!!!!

Well after two days of sweating as to whether we were going to get tix cos of the demand, we had them confirmed today!! I'm sooo mega excited...we have lunch and coffee and a free newspaper( no idea why but wotever) it's going to be FAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!
