	Back in the work force. by perfectbitch on 30 April 2008 8:24am   I know I've not been posting much lately but since completing the Celta course, I have been busy applying for jobs. I am so excited as I have been offered a job teaching english in Istanbul. I will spend 2 weeks as a paid "taster" from June 19th and if all is well, I will return in September until July 2009. I have a friend who lives in Bursa so I have a friendly face there. I have never been to Turkey before and have always wanted to see Istanbul. : ). I am visiting Istanbul 2-5 June (flying to and from Izmir) so will just miss you - we could've met up! Istanbul is everything you expect it to be and more. There are so many sights to see and the shopping is good too. The traffic is mad although it has improved 'slightly' because they installed a tram system a few years ago! I hope you enjoy it!
