This was a four hour long series on CNN. I watched it tonight. The reporter is Soledad O'Brien.
It was interesting, but I have no answers myself for the issues of African Americans. Something tells me it is also not my place possibly.
I put this up because of Mr. P's interest in things involving human rights.

Are African Americans not the same as European Americans and Mexican Americans etc.?
One contry, one people, one mixed culture.

Yes and no,Ken. It is better for African Americans than it once was. It used to be the African American in some ways was a stranger in the the only nation s/he knew.
For my parents generation, for example, it was considered completely acceptable to be anti-black.
