Ps.. have you ever tried to set spam alight before Ellen???????? spontanous combustion may be a problen ... just stand well back!!! lol

Today has been one of incredible surprises. A rather large parcel arrived on the doorstop this morning. It had come all the way from Suffolk and contained some lovely goodies all carefully wrapped in bubbly paper. First out was a rotating world globe on a stand, a collection of pink bead bracelets, some silver wavy bracelets, a Monty Python Ministry of Silly Walks collection tin (so you can save while you develop your walk and get it really silly, just in time for that Government grant!), two bars of Fry's Chocolate Creme *heavenly*, a keyring and a name plaque for John and last but certainly not least a genuine jar of English Marmite!!!!!! YEEEEHAAARGHHHHHHH!!! :^}}}
All from Lyn!!!! :^} We were just blown away and so grateful for such a lovely gift.

So for my birthday breakfast I had marmite toast followed by half a bar of Fry's. *HEAVENLY*
Lunch was a marmi sarni, yum yum :^} and right now I've got a blob of it on a spoon and am licking away quite happily. :^}
This evening I really wanted to thank Lyn personally and decided to surprise her with a call.
We had a great chat and really enjoyed hearing each other's voices and accents.
I'd really love to be able to talk to all of you dear Palinite friends on the phone, so if over the coming months you'd like to have a 'quick natter'please e mail me and we can arrange a time and phone numbers.
