The Chatter Box : Blathering On
Python Books! by sleepydumpling on 21 May 2003 8:02am

I've just been to the library downstairs to pick up some holds, and guess what I found on the new books stand??

Monty Python's Meaning of Life - The Book

Monty Python Encyclopedia - Robert Ross

How lucky am I?? I've just blown half an hour where I should be working flicking through the pictures of both books. They're great. And not only are they fabulous books, but I'm the very first person to borrow them - yay!

So who's jealous??

Awesome! you are now giving me the bug to go to the library! lol! Today i'm home alone while my parents are out working. i should have been working today but ive been sick for the past few days. i have a wicked cold. i might go out in a little bit and check out the library:) tee hee

I haven't seen the Meaning of Life book but i do own the Monty Python Encyclopedia. I got that as a gift from my ex-boyfriend this past christmas:) i used that book as a reference source when i had to do a speech for my spring semester class, Public Speaking. i did my speech on Monty Python and had the class in stitches when i showed them the "how to defend yourself against fresh fruit" from their movie "And Now For Something Completely Different".

K, i'm out of here to run to the Library! woo hoo! But first, i have to find my Library card. lol. oops! where did i put that thing?

We have a cruddy library... I've read nearly all the books in it, and they hardly ever get new ones. Small town for ya, I guess.
