Christmas telly ! by johnnythemonkey on 24 December 2009 11:49pm
I haven't checked out what's on tomorrow but today was full of repeats. Some good stuff but if you've seen it already....

Just watched the Black Adder "Christmas Carol" which is doing a lot to get me in the Christmas spirit. As did "The Nightmare Before Christmas" yesterday. My greatest Christmas will be one where I don't hear "The Little Drummer Boy"; got it down this year to just four bars before I could get to the remote.

I feel the same way about A Partridge in a Pear Tree, Geraldine. Hearing them both once every decade is more than enough for me.

Christmas telly is always crap. I couldn't even be bothered to watch Patrick Stewart's Christmas Carol or My Family this year and these are two of my favourites.

What did the Whoheads think of Doctor Who then? My mum said it was too scary and that she was going to complain. Puh-lease, I've seen POOP scarier than that lol!! My nan enjoyed it and we were in hysterics after the spinning heads bit. (No spoilers made, I hope.) I can't wait 'til next week, but I'm also dreading it. David's my favourite Doctor. I don't want him to leave. I hope the new guy doesn't stay long; he's too young to be the flippin' Doctor!!!

We rented "Henry and June." I feel like I want a nice cold dose of insulin when I watch most holiday TV. I love the "Scrooge" with Alastair SIm;haven't seen Patrick Stewart in "Christmas Carol."
