Sore feet. by Ken Dunn on 14 June 2010 8:57am

I'll be here a lot while my sore feet get better. I had to get up twice this morning because they were so uncomfortably painful.

Hope they get better soon. I sympathise as I have a painful foot at the moment too. I caught my foot on a paving stone but it didn't hurt straightaway, felt it a few days later.

Ken,may I offer you a foot massage?

Thanks kazzzz but I think the doc, who I am seeing again tomorrow, is arranging for me to see a podiatrist. I've been massaging my own feet with an Ibuprofen gel for a few days now.

Ken ? Did you just turn down a foot massage from kazzzz ? If there's a voucher involved, could you pass it to me ?

I wouldn't wash my feet for a week before or after. :)

I feel some slight relief at last. Tomorrow morning will be the tester depending on how they feel first thing. The tendons on top of the feet are still stingy.

Did I miss something, Ken? What is tha diagnosis of your foot pain? Do you have gout? Hoping you get relief in short order

Re: Sore feet. by Ken Dunn on 17 June 2010 7:56am

My feet area bit better today but still quite uncomfortable.
~
No peri.., it's neither gout nor arthritis. The doc has agreed that it's plantar fasciitis.
