| I'm back!

Well, to be Star Wars about it, first there was A Lost Hope. Then The World Strikes Back. Now it's The Return Of The Heather.
I don't even know if most of you remember me, but in the eon since I last posted a LOT has happened. Last Easter I lost my dad at 46 to a heart attack. My mom grieved until she got married again at the beginning of June to an ex-con(Long story, that). In the middle of June an electrical fire completely ruined my house beyond saving. All humans and pets safe(I wasn't there at the time)...almost everything I had including clothes, electronics, and things of my dad's melted or were burned. The pets were lost a little while later to a golden retriever adoption agency. I moved in with my best friend's family for the summer until my final semester of college began. Now I live near school, am bored a good bit of the time, and am selling pictures I take online: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ratheroddends

Welcome back Heather.
It's so touching that your mom grieved for an entire year before marrying the ex-convict.
What did he do time for ? Arson ?
I watch a lot of CSI......marries ex-con at beginning of June....house is toast in middle of June.
Insurance is a must these days. |

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad and about the fire. How awful.

| Karen, my friend, you won't believe me but I stopped dreaming of him late last year. I've run off and got myself a handsome musician in his 30s to dream of who I get to see several times a year! Too bad he's got a girlfriend--cruel trick of fate since he blew a kiss to me from the stage last month!--but his mom likes me a lot. ;-) |

| In a way. You see, where I come from and live bluegrass is much more common than it is in other parts of the country and the world. And yet not so famous that he doesn't answer pretty much everything written to him and other members of the band on Facebook because I've gotten really sweet notes :). He's a guy by the name of Jamie Dailey and the band is Dailey & Vincent. His business partner Darrin Vincent is a five-time Grammy winner and one of the nicest people I've ever met. Hugs me every time he sees me! |
