The Chatter Box : Blathering On
Himalaya journey and series by Webmaster on 18 December 2003 5:51pm
Hello everyone,

As Michael and the crew are currently trekking around the Himalaya, we thought it would be great to hear your views on the region.

This is the place to tell any stories you may have about travelling in the Himalaya, or discuss with others the natural, religious, commercial, etc. benefits of the region.

We look forward to hearing from all of you...

It is a portion of the planet that has always fascinated me. Since I will probably never go there myself, I am grateful for people like MP and crew (and other travelers like Matthew Krelle, authors, etc) who share their experiences with all of us.
I think the courage of the travelers, (i.e. mountain climbers!)is what intrigues me the most. I am looking forward to the new series-- as Palin's travels make me feel like I am right there with them. So, I guess I am looking forward to my next "journey." Where the earth meets the sky....
