BBC General Travel Discussion Program by TravelChampion on 22 April 2004 11:42pm
Not sure if this will interest anyone - came across it on The Lonely Planet Thorn Tree Website.

Here is a link...................

And if the link doesn't work, here is a copy/paste of the text :

Hello there,

My name is Dominic Crofts and I am a researcher for the brand new BBC1 discussion programme Now You're Talking.

We are filming a show on Tuesday 27th April in London on the subject of travelling. We will have a variety of guests who have travelled, inclding many who risked going to dangerous areas of the world and ended up kidnapped or held hostage.

We are looking for more people who have travelled to take part.

- Perhaps you have travelled abroad but purposely avoided areas because of the dangers of visiting?
- Or maybe you decided to go "off the beaten track" and found yourselves under threat?
- Perhaps your loved ones are working abroad - are you worried for their safety?

Whatever your views and stories the BBC wants to hear from you ASAP!

My number is 0207 893 7869 and i would love to hear from you now!

Obviously we're all big fans of BBC Travel Shows......so it might be of interest to someone?!

Bye for now,

Yaawn. Not "another" travel Disaster show?.

Why is there such a lack of "Positive travel experiences" shows?

whenever I have visited Spain, I have always felt it neccessary to avoid Benalmedina. Now that's scary!
