MP for PM? by IainLees on 20 December 2002 5:28pm

Does anyone else think MP would make a good PM? Or maybe just a MP? Perhaps a MEP? Well travelled, articulate, intelligent, socially aware etc... I can't think of a better envoy for the UK - especially given the alternatives currently on offer! Go on Micheal, you'd get my vote!

I think we need him as the head of the UN at the moment.

We need some common sense injected into this crazy situation in the middle east to stop us heading for a war no-one wants, especially travelling types like myself.

I'd like the world to be intact when I do my 'Around the World in 80 Days'!

I don`t think MP would be any good at all as a politician, he`s far too decent and honest. I`m just transcribing his acceptance speech from the Brit Comedy Awards and he said it would be a good idea to drop comedians on Iraq :-)

A brilliant idea Michael! Drop comedians on Iraq! Yes! I can think of some other countries that may need this solution . . . and a few houses and people and . . . .
