Mary. Another veteran Palinite. Welcome back!!! Hope your trip to SF was fun! That seems like eons ago, doesn't it?

Re: BURMA! by RustedMary on 16 February 2005 8:51am

Helen and Louise: Good question. Bloody busy. I haven't even been able to keep up on my main internet list. Theatre, school and work. Theatre has taken over my life. And, well...there is the boyfriend. He tends to take up a bit of time.

Lyn: Heh. I AM the Big Cheese, girl. Still the proud leader of the (defunct?) [email protected] Club. I hope no one has been a traitor to me over the years. ;O) How's the fence?

Patty: Thanks! It was a great time! Actually, this is the funny thing...I've been there TWICE now. The first time, that time you helped me out with, in '03, and then again, in October '04. It's been a blast! I plan on going again this October! Ironically, I haven't been able to spend much time in SF yet. It's been Santa Cruz I've found myself drawn to, although camping and jamming and going to the concerts doesn't leave much time for other stuff. I did actually make it *in* to SF last year, though, which is a start. This year, I'm hoping to visit the Haight-Ashbury sign. :O)

I used to talked to Bene in the morning on IMs. Anyone remember Benedikte from Belgium? She still post here? Or read it? I haven't heard from her in awhile, but then again, I no longer have time to IM in the morning.

Every once in awhile, I'll browse through stuff and find things that make me miss this board so much. An old Christmas Card from Ellen, another one from Helen with "Christmas in Heaven" on it, Michael photos from Lyn, my signed Sahara book with a note attached from Trixi...

Every once in awhile, I'll try to pop in. I won't be able to stay in touch very often, I'm sure - but I still miss you guys so I'll drop by when I can. :O)

I rememebr Benedikte, Mary. Well, the name anyway. I don't think she was posting much at all when I came here, just shortly after the site was brought up.

But anyway, I'm glad you found us again and have such good memories of this site. Keep us posted on your activites.

And DO get to SF!!!!!! lol
