I don't really have top ten places, but I'd really like to see a lot of Italy and a lot of Japan. Chances are when I die I won't be leaving a penny to anyone because I would have blown it all on travel! lol

Hi Sky! I've been to Rome for a very fleeting visit to the extent that I saw a traffic jam on my drive out from Rome and a traffic jam on my way back! It is a beautiful country would suggest the Amalfi Coast it's expensive but worth it!! WIA - when you get back can you let me know which is better as I've yet to decide myself! Hey canaveralgrumby - been in Scotland on a cold wet day, hiking, camping, came back to find tent barely in one piece with gales - but when the sun shines....... FANTASTIC - get there! The only other place on your list I've been to is London - fairly easy to get around all the sites, if you do your research you can find clean hotels at reasonable cost!

1) Dublin (ok ok I'm a U2 fan, alright?

2) New Zealand (a. to visit my sister and other relatives b) cos it looks cool)

3) Nepal (again)

4) India (again - especially the South)

5) Space (well you didn't say it had to be on Earth)

6) Somewhere you can see the Aurora Borealis

7) Konya, Turkey (Again) (This is the place where the Whirling Dervishes are. The museum of Mevlana, who started them, is a truly wonderful, peaceful place, even if you are not muslim (as I am not). It also holds his coffin, and those of other people connected with him in the 13th century (I think). He was all for people of all religions coming together. The coffin of his father stands on end because, according to legend, he respected his son so much that when Mevlana entered the room (i.e. died) his father in his coffin stood up in respect (as children do for their fathers in Turkey). A wonderful place).

8) New England

9) Canada, especially the Calgary area where I have relatives.

10) Galapolos Islands

I shall probably think of loads more!
