The Chatter Box : Blathering On
Poems by Ahren on 18 May 2005 9:23pm
My little sister (shes 7) fancies herself as a poet and we all like them, and i wanted to see what you thought!

Being Sick

I've been sick all over the floor!
Just suck on that medicine straw
whilst I clear it up,
that horrible muck.
Ew ew ew!
It's on your shoe
Err err err!
It's on the cat's fur
What a mess
It's on my dress!!

Please Get Better

Please get better
I've sent out a letter
for all the doctors to come
and check up your tum
you look rather green
I really have seen
Because you look so pale
I'd rather turn away
But I really have to stay.

My brother's been "ill" recently, in case you were wondering! there are more, just say if you want them!!
Does anyone else have any poems?!

I think she could be a Shakespeare in the making.

Quick, quick, the cat's been sick!
Hasten, hasten, fetch the basin!
No, no, fetch the po!
Kate, Kate, you're far too late,
the carpet's in a dreadful state.
