Coldplay - X&Y by Blasi on 17 June 2005 7:25pm

I bought this album a few days ago being a big fan of 'Parachutes' and 'A Rush of Blood to the Head' and I simply cant get over how poor it is. I could barely bring myself to finish listening to some tracks, yet the media hype has been so huge and a vast number of people have claimed it to be the best album of the millennia.

Shall I lose faith in the human race or does anyone else find it to be very disappointing?

my son and I both listen to coldplay and we both like ROBTTH album best - my son got the new X+Y cd as soon as it came out - i have not listened to it all but i love TALK and the next track too - the first few tracks i thought didnt have the same substance as say Whisper or CLocks - i think this is one cd to get used to with time to be honest.
