The Chatter Box : Blathering On
You Jabby Bastards by artvandaley on 1 July 2005 10:54pm
Im fresh to this, so dont get offended if i dont follow decorum properly, or misspell "decorum". I doubt this will even reach Michael Palin, as i am sure he has real things to do, and a life and looking at his website, someplace to go. But i just wanted him to know that as a performer, i was always amazed at the utter instinct and ability he possessed. One of the most beutiful moments in acting history was in FC, playing the old, shaggy man about to run off into a forest...just the look he gave the camera was it. Laughed so hard I pissed myself a little.

I know this is over a decade late, and i dont know if it is cool to talk about it, but i just read your eulogy for Graham, and i was touched. I cant imagine a human being not being honored by having you say that abuot them.

So, Michael, if somehow you do ever get to read this...just want to say thanks for giving me something to believe in, that somewhere out there, somewhere, is a castle full of young blonde and brunette women with terribly dreary lives.

I, for one, have pissed myself A LOT when I watch Michael on FC.

Too much info?

You spelled decorum correctly.

Well done!

I'm sure I remember the scene also but can't remember the FC connection or film. Please enlighten me. Thanks. Remembered - Full Circle.

FC may be referring to Flying Circus. I could be wrong, but Nardius could mean the "It" man looking into the camera and running off into the forest. Am I correct?
