Less secure. According the press releases, it's supposed to be working vacation. |

If George W. Bush goes on vacation in the forest, would anyone notice? |

That's an interesting philosophical question, canaveralgumby. Will he be clapping his hands? |

I wonder if he thinks he's going for a vaccination? |

We had an article in the Arizona Star today about Illinois Senator Barack Obama and whether he can be the Democrats great hope in 2008. Another possibility is the Governor of our neighboring state Bill Richardson. My former boss told me how Dubya got to be there in the first place. Don't talk to my friend in El Paso about him. (She is a teacher and dealt with his education policies long before he was president). Bonnie only gets hives when you talk about him. It is not a pretty sight.
I still like the idea of Condi Rice for President. I might get stoned for that, but I'll worry about that later.

Bill Richardson. Absofrigginlutely. Does he have any intention of running? I wish he would. He certainly does make himself visible at the conventions.
Obama may be a "Great Hope" in the future, but a bit inexperienced yet.
I dream of an Independent ticket of McCain / Hillary Clinton. Never happen, but I can dream! McCain is too dedicated to the Republican party. They have not been dedicated to him. |

I read somewhere that Dubya wins for "Prez who has taken the most vacations."
I cherish my freedom of speech, hence, this comment:
Dubya is a moron.

No, no, TucsonMike, I rather like the idea of Condi Rice for president. She's a bit too conservative for my taste, but while whether I'd vote for her would depend on who she ran against, I don't think I would be all that upset if she won ... die-hard liberal that I am <G>.
Imagine some of the old-school GOPers campaigning for her. That mental image alone is worth nominating her! |
