Cut That Out! Cut That Out! Cut That Out! Cut That Out! Cut...That...Out! by Carol C. on 29 August 2005 7:11am

This is Michael Palin’s website. Let’s not bicker and argue about who’s going to be the new James Bond.

And anyway, what’s all this nonsense of the idea of Michael being the bad guy? Come On! Michael? Bad? Well I Never!

Michael is Mr. Nice Guy, remember? Not to mention Mr. Drop-Dead-Gorgeous! (Feeling Randy)

I have a much better approach to this debate.

Michael Palin...THE NEW JAMES BOND!

How ‘bout it girls?

I mean, he’s the whole package! Tall, dark, handsome, charming, witty, intelligent and oh, so chic! (Anyone see “Himalaya”?)

Well, does anyone here think Michael Palin could handle being 007?

Not that it matters, but just for the record, he's not tall.

it doesn't matter how tall they are when they're lying down.

"michael palin: the vertical expression of a horizontal desire."

(with apologies to george bernard shaw)

He doesn't look very much older, and certainly DOES look better, than Sean Connery did in "Never Say Never Again" or Roger Moore in "View to a Kill."

Michael Palin as James Bond? Well, if anyone remembers Casino Royale, David Niven, who reminds me of Palin, played one of several 007's in it.

No, Anne, not Johnny Depp! I mean Michael Palin! Although I don't know why I'm even in this thread, I haven't seen a Bond film in YEARS!

i dont like james bond but if michael played him, i'd be at the pictures every night n day!! although he is seen as a nice guy, if any one can remember the sketch ( can't remember the name of it ) but it's where michael plys an evil, spy type person trying to find the fillings!! there he plyed a baddy!! just made him even more attractive! i think michael plying a baddy will do wonders for his sex appeal!! ( mind you if he gets even more sexier he'd be dangerous )!!!!!!
