M.P.F.C. by Palinsick on 18 October 2002 7:56am

I know it's not exclusively Michael Palin but I love it. My favourite sketches include "Dead Parrot/Lumberjack", "Herbert Anchovy Presents Blackmail" and "Penguin". Which sketches do you all like?

MPFC, sounds like a football team! Anyway the cheese sketch, eric the half a bee and spam and of course the classics-lumberjack (of which my friend dragged me on stage not long ago to do a rendition of!!)dead parrot.

I cnt decided whether micheal is sick of hearing about Monty Python though, i mean he has made such a success of himself alone. If you read this Mr.Palin, are you sick of hearing about Monty Python? (worth a try!)

Even if Michael isn't sick of this......I know that everyone who works on a cheese counter or in a pet store must be, the amount of times people have told me they've gone into one and done it!

Well, Ministry of Silly Walks of course!

Others; I liked the animations in-between the sketches.

Also the one where he gets hit by that big fish and falls into the canel.

So many classics to choose from.... Spanish Inquisition ranks highly, alongside Johann Gambolputty, Tennis Playing Blancmanges (man turns into Scotsman), Upper Class Twit of the Year and the Yorkshiremen (we lived int cardboard box) and who could forget Michael's classic 'it's' man at the start of each show.
