It is 18 Celsius, and the folks across the street have Ranchero music on. I have th door open as well. Just another evening in Tucson.

Mike, what is the average temperature in Tucson in the height of Summer? It just occurred to me that I may not adapt well to your climate if I were to relocate to Tucson. I'm very fair and better suited to the cooler weather. In that respect, I think you should provide me with a comprehensive list of pros and cons concerning your 'hood and convince me why I should move there! ;) |

I'm about to head to the rent paying job. It is cold here now. (About 0 out).
Missy, are you telling me you want to move here? LOL! It can hit 40 celsius in the heat of summer, but it is dry. In the summer, the nights are just wonderful. In an hour and a half you are 9,000 feet above sea level and it is 25 degrees cooler. It is frigid up there now.
Don't you like Australia, darlin?
What are you looking for in a place to live, LOL!
I'll be back later. Have to head out the door. I can chat on MSN if you let me know when.... :-) I think (and my opinion is only ever so slightly biased) Tucson is the best!

When we were in Arizona about 3 years ago(only for a few nights - we were driving the Great Western tour!! - I seem to remember staying at Scottsdale?
We got horribly lost in Phoenix. I was sleeping in the back, and I'd heard my husband (who was driving) tell our friend 'Here's Phoenix we'll be there soon'. Another three hours later we were still going round the same bit of Phoenix!! Seems the road system was confusing, despite maps etc.
Oh well, got there in the end!!

Sounds like it was a nice evening Mike. Our evenings have been horribly sticky of late, although at least you can have a dip in the swimming pool at 10pm.
Missy - what don't you like about Australia? I demand to know! :) |

Hey Ellerd! I don't really have too many complaints about Australia. I think it's one of the safest and luckiest places to be. I just don't like the erractic weather conditions, that's all! :o) |
