Look under Malarone Side Effects in Google. There are 102 links.

I am glad I looked. I thought at first it was the Mafia hit man in my novel. (A variation of the Sicilian "a marrone" Sicilian pronunciation of Madonna).
I hope the ladies haven't scared you too much LOL! Enjoy your trip.

No problems with malarone in my experience. I am off to Pakistan this weekend on a working visit and am taking Malarone for that trip and have no worries about it.

According to the British National Formulary, side effects reported are:
nausea, vomiting, mouth ulcers and stomatitis, diarrhoea, abdominal pain,, anorexia, fever, headache, dizziness, abnormal dreams, insomnia, cough, visual disturbances, pruritis, rash, urticaria, angloedema, blood disorders, hyponatraemia, and hair loss!

Do you REALLY want to take it?
