Thanks for sharing, Trixi!
I really think Yoko's piece is saying something similar to what Michael's travels are trying to say - how to spread your mind, your thoughts, your beliefs, your acceptance, by looking at the world through other people's eyes - either by experiencing other places and people themselves, or just by experiencing them through Michael's programs or via internet or snail mail.
Tis a good, good thing. It helps you learn and grow as a person so much. I think that's why we're all still here!

ps...you can get to a link where Jimmy Carter has some incredible things to say too. There's no wonder that he won the Nobel Peace prize....if only he could be in offce again! |

Hiya Trixi :^}}
THANKYOU for sharing that amazing piece of wisdom from Yoko...... :^}}
It made me cry as it brought home just how special all you amazing Palinite friends are and how we have enriched each other's lives at this site beyond all expectations.
At this moment in time when another pointless war has begun a little peace and insight is a precious thing.
All my love to you all, in friendship and peace

ummm...'thanks' for the 'thanks'. It makes me just a tad shy. After all, the words and thoughts are Yoko's....I'm just the messenger. Now you all are the messengers. Pass it on.....
Kisses (and Peace)-

Unfortunately, any mention of Yoko Ono makes me twitch.
But I try to keep nice and unbiased, really I do, I mean, it's not like I've met her personally or anything.
And the message is good....
Thanks |
