a site suggestion! by Sophie-Louise on 8 October 2006 2:36pm

hello, i would just like to make a suggestion for the site. i am a massive fan of basil's work and i am using him as inspiration for one my photography projects this year at uni. i personally would like him to have his own section on the chatter box! because there is alot of discussion to be done about his photography. it's amazing, he's a star!

a big basil and michael fan,

sophie xxx

That would be interesting. There is already a section for people to write about their travels. Perhaps we can have a section for our travel / observational photography.

I'd probably flood it until the webmaster blocked me :^)

I reckon having a photo section is a great idea, after all, pictures speak a thousand words and all that..

Here is a collection of photos that I maintain and slowly add to, taken by myself and people I know:

wow that's really impressive, i love the finland ones.

i have a few too, but they aren't travel. for obvious reasons i can't put work from my course on my site because it would be stolen probably and myself, done for plagarism, doesn't life suck like that!!!

here it goes:

Um.. there aren't any pictures of Finland on there.. the pictures taken by the Finnish bloke are all of Australia and New Zealand..

Anyway, Sophie your photos are great! I like the animal ones best..

If you do want to see some pictures of Finland, I just got back from a kayaking and hiking trip in Finland a week ago..

I've uploaded them so they can be.. downloaded! Taken with a borrowed camera that happened to have great macro.. got some nice close ups of the hidden world underneath Finnish fungi, and a dragonfly, as well as wilderness:

They'll take about 2 minutes to download if you have fast internet..
