Speaking to Rotary by tucsonmike on 1 November 2006 6:16am

Gee, I told you I felt important. I had to speak to a Rotary Club about the railroad museum and may be speaking to another Rotary Club. I was surprised at how folks would like to see more passenger rail service out of Tucson. (We only have one train at the moment). I am so jealous of Europeans and their trains.

In my recent 3000 mile trip through the southwest, I saw dozens of trains (the Interstates frequently parallel rail lines) and I saw ONE PASSENGER TRAIN! They are not extinct yet! Goddess be praised!
